A Queens native of Puerto Rican descent, Victor Santiago formed the duo Capone-N-Noreaga before going solo as Noreaga.
Career
He scored the hit "Superthug" and the reggaeton-crossover "Oye Mi Canto," and later co-created the hugely popular podcast "Drink Champs."
